Optima Low Vision Services Ltd are an NHS provider of low vision clinics in the South West.
What is a Low vision assessment?
A Low Vision Assessment is designed to identify the most effective way of improving the visual abilities of someone whos sight cannot be improved by ordinary spectacles or medical treatment. Our low vision therapists will assess your vision and discuss any implications of sight loss as well as offering advice and techniques that may improve your ability to carry out activities that you find difficult. Any suitable magnifying aids or anti-glare filters would then be issued to you on long term loan.
